MacGreggor had a busy day today. He began with his usual yawn and stretch, this is immediately followed by rubbing his face on the carpet. After this morning ritual he goes out for his morning walk. Ever vigilant he is on the lookout for squirrels to chase. No squirrels today. Once he has done his business, he walks back up to the house… but not before he peers behind the gardenia bush to check for chipmunks. After a few moments the chipmunks don’t show so he’s content with going back inside. He then eats his breakfast in under 1 minute. Immediately following he drinks from the water dish… but NEVER before finishing his kibble… it’s his way. Then, he goes to rub his face again… but this time on the foyer rug. Content with himself he runs through the house, finds a sock and plays a little game of keep away. Once the sock is retrieved, he pouts.. then hops on the couch to watch a little HBO family and take a nap. The napping comes and goes, he spends a few hours under a desk… sometimes Sean’s and sometimes mine.. it really depends on his mood. We never have to worry about a pesky UPS delivery van or Mail person sneaking up on the house because he will bark his head off before they can reach the door. Poor courier people.. we are sorry… he doesn’t mean it really. And yes… he has frightened many cub scouts and coupon book salesmen. After this much excitement it was time to check for squirells and chipmunks again. If we don’t look the place over a few times a day they run amuck. This time he spots one and runs the poor guy up a tree. Once back inside, a carrot is necessary and perhaps a belly rub. Poor fella he is so exhausted he takes another nap… this time on his soft doggie bed. This evening he had a bath because… well… he needs to look his best for Valentine’s Day … you never know who he might see…and the squirrels are always watching.

She loves that man of hers and has since high school. He loves her back with adoring eyes that seem to soak her in with every glance.
She loves about 20 children whom she has nannied for. They love her back and each of them wanted a photo with THIER Lori on her wedding day

I can’t believe how she has grown, if you follow our blog you’ve heard her story before. Well….just look at her now! It gives us a special kind of satisfaction to watch our clients babies grow and this family has two sweet babes!

There was a moment when she walked down the stairs to greet us….when a movie started to play in my head. I think you know the scene I mean… the one where the beautiful girl walks down the stairs… in slow motion of course…. while mouths drop in admiration. Well, this is what happened when Chelsie came down the stairs in her hot pink dress and sassy haircut. All I can say is WOW. She is so darn pretty!!! She is also quite talented. And, will soon be gracing a stage and/or screen near you! She is currently studying theater in college and will soon spend an amazing summer abroad in London-town. We were tasked with her new headshot. She has a lovely new haircut after all!

So…. what have we been up to lately? Well… we have had some fun and fabulous portrait sessions, we are prepping for a super cool bridal show and somewhere in there I turned 29 +2. :-) I’m not ready to reveal any full posts at present but here is a taste of what’s in store.
